COVID-19 Response Update

Our governor and county officials have put forth an order stating that we, as a church, cannot meet inside. We are aware that in our church family we have many different viewpoints relating to COVID-19, all of which we respect. It is not the role of your church or pastor to commentate on political and personal opinions. We honor everyone’s view points. Even though our views differ on the current issue at hand, we are so happy that we can unify around the essentials of the Christian faith, including Scripture.

We are not the first disciples to encounter the age old question, “What is the believer’s role in respect to our government?” In 1 Peter 2:13 Peter the apostle says “Be subject to every human institution FOR THE LORD’S SAKE.” We want to honor the Lord in all we do.

As Hemet Church moves forward through these times, we will once again be meeting exclusively online until further notice. All of our regular online events will continue, and we are grateful to God for the opportunity to continue to meet. All of the details for our online services and events can be found here on our website.

A Place to Grow

Come as you are. You Belong! Regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey, you Belong! We are a fellowship that does not tolerate people, we celebrate them. We are completely invested in what Jesus laid his love down for — YOU!!!! When you walk through the doors of your new community here at HCA you will know immediately that you are home!

Living Conversation, May 8, 2020

COVID-19 has had a tremendous impact in many different areas of life. From the beginning, we have longed for the day that we can gather together again. We understand that many churches are making the decision to reopen their doors with the current climate surrounding COVID-19.

Living Conversation

Many individuals have been asking great questions during this season in trying to figure out how Christians should respond to today’s numerous issues. In order to create a conversation and help to answer some of your questions, we are excited to announce the Living Articles!

Similarly to these Living Conversations, we want the Living Articles to dig into and shed light on some of the questions you have. The first segment of Living Articles will address the question “Would Jesus wear a mask?” as well as some of the common arguments on all sides of the issue. These articles will be available weekly on our Hemet Church website. On Monday, August 17 the first blog will be available under the “Resources” tab at www.Hemet.Church. You will not want to miss these articles, so be sure to check in on August 17, and stay posted for more content!

Meet our Pastors

Bill & Marj Wolfson

On December 2, 2018 Bill and Marj left the Pacific North West where they served as Lead Pastors of Church For All Nations for 30 years. The Lord burdened their heart that led to a vision for the Hemet, California region. Since their arrival, the church has added a second Sunday morning service with the help of the incredible people of Hemet! Bill is a passionate communicator of the Gospel and is known for messages that are relevant to everyday life. He employs a humorous style that allows the Holy Spirit to do His surgery on the hearts of His listeners. Bill’s beautiful wife Marj is known for her leadership and advocacy for turning children into genuine disciples of Jesus! Her influence on teaching younger women to love their husbands is refreshing. HCA is a multicultural AND multigenerational family. Bill and Marj have 5 children and 4 grandchildren!
